Contract withdrawal

​This English version is provided for convenience only. If there is any discrepancy, the German version prevails. Here you'll find everything about withdrawing from a contract with us and the form you can use to withdraw directly. Whether and for how long you have a statutory right of withdrawal depends on which offering you booked. What applies to each offering is explained right below. You can also withdraw informally by email to info@paruresistraining.com. Both are equally valid.

What applies to each offering

Workbooks and online courses.

These are digital content. When you buy, you expressly request that delivery begin immediately and confirm that your right of withdrawal thereby expires. Once the download link is sent or access is activated, the right of withdrawal has expired (§ 18 para. 1 no. 11 FAGG). If a file doesn't work or doesn't match what was described, the statutory warranty applies; just write to us.

1:1 buddy training.

You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. So the kick-off can take place earlier, we ask for your express consent beforehand. If you then withdraw within the period, you pay pro rata for what has taken place up to that point. Once the first month's service has been fully provided with your consent, the right of withdrawal has expired (§ 18 para. 1 no. 1 FAGG). Regardless of this, you can end buddy training at any time as of the following month.

Workshop.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for the workshop because it is a leisure service with a fixed date (§ 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG). Instead, our cancellation terms apply: free of charge up to 21 days before the start, 50 percent refund from 20 to 8 days before, no refund from 7 days before. You can still use the form below; we will then treat your message as a cancellation.

Intro call / get-to-know-you call.

Free and with no obligation. There is no contract to withdraw from. You can cancel at any time via the link in your appointment confirmation.

Statutory withdrawal notice

Insofar as you have a right of withdrawal according to the information above, the following notice applies. It follows the statutory model (Annex I FAGG) and is therefore worded formally.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mentrevo e.U., Börsegasse 10/3, 1010 Wien, email info@paruresistraining.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website paruresistraining.com/widerruf. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.
