Not sure where to start? In thirty minutes, we'll look together at where you are right now and what next step might make sense for you. What happens: You share as much as you want. You don't have to prepare anything, and there's no question you have to answer. I put what you describe into context and tell you what comes to mind. We look at which format fits your situation and which doesn't right now. Nothing is booked during the call itself; you decide afterward in your own time. What it is not: Not a sales call. Also not treatment and not a diagnosis. I'm Bernd Fuchs, I've lived with paruresis myself, I'm chairman of the Austrian Paruresis Association, and I'm not a therapist. The call takes place by video, in German or English. You'll get the link right after booking. Camera on is nice, but not necessary. I treat your information confidentially.
